Wherever possible we work inside your environment and on your tooling, so production data never leaves your control. Where material must be shared, we agree the handling, retention and destruction terms in writing before anything moves, and we align to your information security policy rather than asking you to accommodate ours.
Often, yes. A good deal of our work is client-side assurance: holding the design intent, testing the delivery plan and giving your executive sponsor an independent read on progress. We are equally able to lead a programme outright where that is the better arrangement.
