Our team
SKHR Management Inc. is led by Kamran Rizvi and draws on a network of senior specialists, assembled engagement by engagement. Each is chosen for the problem in front of you rather than drawn from a standing bench, which is how the capability below covers more ground than any one practitioner does alone.
We specialise in solving the most complex challenges facing investment managers, fintech innovators and consulting firms. That collective experience runs across sovereign funds, asset managers, insurance companies, banks and high-growth digital platforms, modernising investment operations, enterprise technology, financial data infrastructure and regulatory-ready architectures.

How we engage
We keep the team deliberately small and the engagements deliberately senior. There is no leverage model to feed here, which means we will tell you when a problem does not need us, and when a smaller, cheaper intervention will do the job.
Most relationships begin with a fixed-fee diagnostic so that the first thing you buy is our thinking, not a commitment. From there, clients typically move to a blueprint engagement, hands-on delivery leadership, or a standing advisory retainer. We are equally comfortable working alongside an incumbent systems integrator as leading a programme outright.
How we operate
Client names, data and findings stay confidential. We are happy to work under your NDA from the first conversation, and we do not use client material in marketing without explicit written consent.
Recommendations are traceable to the analysis behind them. If we cannot show you the working, we will say so rather than dress up a judgement call as a finding.
We hold no reseller agreements and take no vendor commissions. Platform recommendations are made on suitability alone, and we will tell you when your incumbent is the right answer.
Our aim is to leave your team more capable than we found it. Documentation, decision logs and governance artefacts belong to you, in a form your people can maintain after we have gone.
We design for auditability from day one: deterministic lineage, transformation tracking and reconciliation built into the architecture rather than retrofitted under examination pressure.
Board papers your directors can act on without a glossary. Technical depth belongs in the appendix; the decision, the risk and the cost belong on the first page.
Let's talk
A confidential conversation with a senior advisor, at no cost and with no obligation. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
